1. Purpose
This agreement records a special 6+6 website offer provided by the Company as a promotional benefit/favour to the Client. The purpose is to help the Client establish and maintain a professional online presence under the terms stated below.
2. Special 6+6 Offer

Important: The second 6-month period is optional. If the Client wishes to continue, ₹7,000 is payable before that period begins. The regular reference value is ₹14,000 for each 6-month period.
3. Client Benefits Included
- Professional responsive website suitable for mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Basic business pages such as Home, About, Services, Contact and other mutually agreed pages.
- Basic contact/enquiry form and business contact information.
- Basic content and image placement using materials supplied by the Client.
- Basic website maintenance and minor text/image updates during the applicable service period.
- Basic guidance on keeping business information updated online.
- Priority communication for website-related support during the agreed service period.
- One basic website health/check-up review during each 6-month period, where applicable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client will provide accurate logo, text, images, contact details, business information and approvals needed for the website. Delays caused by missing content or approvals may affect the launch timeline.
5. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Costs
Domain registration, hosting, premium themes/plugins, paid software, stock images, email services, payment gateways and other third-party charges are included only if specifically stated in the quotation. Otherwise, such charges are payable separately by the Client.
6. Scope & Additional Work
The offer covers the mutually agreed website scope. Major redesigns, new custom features, e-commerce, advanced integrations, custom software, additional pages beyond the agreed scope, or other substantial work may be quoted separately before work begins.
7. Second 6-Month Renewal
At the end of the free first 6 months, the Client may continue for another 6 months at ₹7,000. The Client is not required to purchase the second period unless they choose to continue under the offer.
8. Cancellation & Discontinuation
Either party may discontinue the arrangement by written notice. The free period does not create a cash refund or cash credit. Any separately purchased third-party services and any completed chargeable additional work remain subject to their respective payment terms.
9. Ownership & Licensing
Subject to payment of applicable charges and third-party licensing restrictions, the Client may use the completed website for its business. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, images and services remain subject to their respective licence terms.
10. Promotional Nature of the Offer
The 6+6 offer is a special promotional benefit extended by the Company to the Client. It does not mean that all future services, upgrades or custom work will be provided free of charge. Any service outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved separately.
11. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties confirm that they have read and understood this agreement and accept the 6+6 offer and its terms.
